The Platform is owned by Abuzar Gour, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Behat Road, Tajpura and District Saharanpur, State Uttar Pradesh, India (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).

Your use of the Platform, services, and tools is governed by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform, including the applicable policies, which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these Terms of Use, including the policies, constitute Your binding obligations with the Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, ‘Services’). Any terms proposed by You which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, “you”, ‘your’ or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

Refunds and Returns.
a. Failed Transactions: In the event of any failed payment transaction (due to technical error, system time-out or insufficient funds), we will initiate an auto-refund of the full transaction amount to your original payment source within 7–10 working days of the transaction date.
b. Cancellations and Returns: File Download Refunds – Life Fortune does not offer refunds for downloaded files. File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of Life Fortune.
c. Disputed or Duplicate Transactions: Any transaction identified as fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise disputable will be reversed automatically, and a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
d. Compensation for Delay: If a refund is not credited to your account within 5 working days (T+5), we will pay compensation of ₹ 100 per day until the refund is credited, subject to a maximum of the original transaction amount.
You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any unlawful or forbidden purpose under these Terms or applicable Indian or local laws.
You acknowledge that the Platform and Services may contain links to third-party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by their terms of use and privacy policies.
You understand that upon initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their officers, directors, agent,s and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations hereunder if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saharanpur, U.P.
